Body Shape
Our chickens are shaped the way nature intended with long keels and breast to leg meat in natural proportion. You will never find brick shaped breasts on our chickens which prevent full motion because the chicken can’t stand with its legs straight or prevent it from moving more than 20 feet before it has to sit down. Of course there is meat on the breasts because we selected breeding stock with longer keels and with breast meat all the way down the breastbone. This design provides for balanced roasting and equally moist meat.
