While not the most elegant of our product line, the Naked Neck is often regarded as the premier eating bird because of its superior meat texture and very thin skin which crisps to perfection when roasted.
The Naked Neck is our slowest growing broiler, requiring one more week to reach market weight. It will have a dressed weight yield slightly less than our other products and is three yellow: yellow skin, shanks and beak.
With either a red or brown feather color,
the Naked Neck is an excellent forager.
